ALONE

I WATCH THROUGH THESE LONELY EYES
I WATCH HOW FAST THIS WORLD GOES BY

NOT A SOUL, NOT FOR ME
I STAND ALONE IN AGONY

EVERYBODY LEAVES, EVERYBODY GOES
THEY LOVE YOU JUST FOR NOW AND IT SHOWS

THAT ONE TRUE FRIEND, THAT ONE FOR ME
HAS NOW GONE FOR ALL ETERNITY

I WATCH THROUGH THESE LONELY EYES
I WATCH HOW FAST THIS WORLD GOES BY

ITS STRANGE HOW I ADAPT
ITS STRANGE HOW I MOVE ON

BEFORE I KNOW IT
MY TIME WILL BE GONE

YOU WATCH THROUGH THOSE LONELY EYES
YOU WATCH HOW FAST YOUR WORLD GOES BY

NOT A SOUL, NOT FOR YOU
AS I DID YOU WILL STAND ALONE TO
I WATCH THROUGH THESE LONELY EYES
I WATCH HOW FAST THIS WORLD GOES BY

NOT A SOUL NOT FOR ME
I STAND ALL ALONE IN AGONY

EVERYBODY LEAVES EVERYBODY GOES
THEY LOVE YOU JUST FOR NOW AND IT SHOWS

THAT ONE TRUE FRIEND THAT ONE FOR ME
HAS NOW GONE FOR ALL ETERNITY

NEVER PART

The light of the morning sun
washes through my hair
as the remembrance of your kiss
freely flows through the air

Sometimes we argue
I don't always know why
then I sit and wonder
Why do i cry?

I cry because I love you
I cry because I care
I cry because I feel
we share a love so rare

Sometimes I'm afraid I'll turn around
and you won't be there
Sometimes i wonder
Do you love me to?

Then i look into your eyes
and see its true
So if I say or do
something you don't like

Please don't get mad at me
don't turn away
don't fight
I promise i'l try and make it right

Some people take relationships for granted

it's sad but true.
I don't want this
for me and you.

I want ours to be special
straight from the heart
so we know that no matter what
You and I will never part.

Let the world stop turning

Let the sun stop burning

Let them tell me lifes not worth going through

And if it all falls apart

I will know deep in my heart

The only dream that mattered had come true

In this lifetime I was loved by you.

Todays tragedy

What a perfect day to have an accident! No license, no car papers, no signal and no make-up!
The only weapon I had, was my sex. Not that you pervert!!! I'm talking about gender.

Being a woman can do wonders when your in trouble in the middle of highway with a flat tyre, or when you need someone to push your car or, take for example today, when you get caught for running a light and then running into someone! And don't tell me women can't drive, it's you men who are blind! Have you never seen a woman before?

But I have to admit there is nothing like battering your eye lids at the policeman and giving him a cheeky smile and getting away with the teeny little crime you just commited. No offense to the opposite sex, but you guys are suckers for this one!
Ok, getting back to the accident. So... i happened to have run into someone, putting it subtly.
He was crossing the road, not fast enough! Some people think they own the road, I mean who moves at a snails pace when you can see there are a zillion cars coming toward you?
I guess he was just slow on the uptake, some one had to teach him a lesson, apparently my car was the chosen one.
Anyway i ran into him and he fell. Nothing major really, he just fell.
And what a brat! He began to howl! Obviously i had to get down from in front of the wheel to check if he was okay, but first I checked out my outfit, i had to look alright to get down, or else what would people think of me? Then i began to look for my shoes, I tend to drive bare footed, the heels kill when you drive you know.
So i found my shoes put them on and i was all set to get out of the car, he was still yelling, what an actor!! Its not like I hit him with a truck, its just a Nano!
I almost got out of the car when I spotted the traffic police in the rear view mirror, he was coming toward me! Shit! I hadn't carried my license, it was in the other purse! I knew i should have carried that one, but my outfit was white, i couldn't possibly carry the beige bag! Besides I rushed out of the house, my facialist was waiting for me. What a mess! i looked like this morning.

Now he was sobbing, I'm talking about the guy who fell, incase you lost track(lets call him victim). He kept pointing to the number plate on my car. I gave him a look, i can't tell you what look, cause if i did I won't be able to use it on you if i ever 'ran into you'.
By this time, the traffic cop was at my window, just having gotten a facial i had no make-up on. So no battering of mascaraed eyes lashes and no full red lipped cheeky smile. I had to make do with what I had.
I smiled at him sweetly as he asked me to roll my window down, and now i could hear him talking about money, the victim that is. To my surprise the cop smiled right back at me. "Step out of the car madam, you need to see this.", he sounded slightly amused.
He opened the door of my car and i stepped out. The Victim, had now gathered all his things and he was looking at me fearfully!
I couldn't help but take this as an insult! I wasn't driving anymore, what on earth was he scared of now?
The cop held me by my left elbow took me to the front of the car, and i fainted!...

I am now paying for a damaged front of a Nano!

passed time

She walked into the familiar fragrance not knowing that she would still recognize it, a window into her past, and yet it held not one happy memory.
Bleak and immature it seemed from this stance, from where she was going to be in the future.
Future. She stopped herself from going so far, "Don't think." she told herself.
And her present smiled at her. Soft brown eyes filled with love and a promise to always be there for her, he stood by her side and a radiant yet subtle smile reassured her every doubt, this is what she had wanted when she was running away from a time when she didn't have love, care, devotion or a best friend.
"breath", she sighed out, she calmed herself, bracing herself for the two to crash into eachother, her past and her present. She collected her thoughts and the one thing that came to mind was 'he is made for me'.
At that very moment her extremely self assured past walks in. She had always wondered wether or not it was a facade, all the confidence, the loud bold expressive man who never doubted himself.

She began to shake, fear gripped her as she looked at the man who silently slipped his hand into hers. She was praying this night would go without a fight, the room around her disappeared...
Her present, her future, her forever looked piercingly into her eyes and laughed at her past.
A laugh that would have been derisive had it not been soft. She knew right then that this laugh was nto to mock her.
It was to assure her that he knew she had made mistakes, something that she had emerged a winner out of, for she had found him, her present, her future, her forever.
He smiled knowing that he was the best thing that had happened to her, and oh how she knew it!
Oblivious to gone time, they sat down, no more scared she smiled her first genuine smile of the night.
She breathed in the familiar fragrance of that room, she sat him down and conversed for hours, not noticing that her bad time had passed her for the last time.

Dying songbird

She looked divine in luminous white,
Her face arched stone like stubborn tide.

She looked not once, and yet not twice,
Unmoving her big black round eyes,

Her shaking hand reached out for the vice.

The distant cries of a dying song bird,
She promised that would go unheard.
A cold and white hand that picked,
the last of what she would touch,

and to the world it would not mean much.

Another life to the heavens fed,
the luminous white turned crimson red.

She lay there loveless as before,
the crimson being washed of the shore
.
